Contains letter of inquiry, unaddressed postcard to your subject and a copy of their profile including photographs if you have them. Use these sample letters for your letter of inquiry and make sure to provide the information required where bold and italicized. Check resources page for where to find the addresses of these agencies. If you are able to find the name of the director for the agency, provide it where the word director is in the letter, it will make your letter more personable.
